How Yoga Helps to Calm the Nervous System

In a very fast-paced world, where people have busy schedules and commitments, the need to take some time to give the mind a rest and connect with the body is becoming increasingly important. After years of studying the body and mind, along with different holistic therapies and modalities, I have confirmed how ancient traditions and wisdom hold wonderful truths for our health and well-being. It’s fascinating how age-old techniques, such as holding the breath or focusing the mind on different parts of the body, can bring such excellent benefits to the physical, mental, and emotional body.

Using sounds with instruments or with the body itself while chanting words that align with the energetic frequencies.

In the practice shared at Starlight Festival, we dived into the depths of these techniques, which are rejuvenating for all aspects of our being.
