My journey into yoga began as a personal path to healing and transformation, which gradually evolved into a calling to help others discover their own inner sanctuary. With a background in traditional yoga practices and a commitment to mindfulness, I design each class to be a sanctuaryā€”a place where you can reconnect, find balance, and grow.

In my teaching, I aim to create a warm, supportive environment that meets you where you are.
