Welcome! Iām Monica, a dedicated yoga instructor with a passion for guiding others toward inner peace and holistic well-being. My journey into yoga began as a personal path to healing and transformation, which gradually evolved into a calling to help others discover their own inner sanctuary. With a background in traditional yoga practices and a commitment to mindfulness, I design each class to be a sanctuaryāa place where you can reconnect, find balance, and grow.
